We collect account profile details (name, email address, phone number), authentication hashes, transaction records, course enrollment history, and progress records necessary to deliver platform services.
2. How Information is Used
Collected data is utilized solely to process purchases, issue course entitlements, synchronize lesson completion, coordinate 1:1 consultation scheduling, and maintain platform security. We never sell personal data to third-party data brokers.
3. Security and Encryption
Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing. Sessions are secured with HTTP-only, secure, SameSite cookies. Cryptographic HMAC validation guarantees authorization boundary integrity.
4. User Rights and Data Deletion
Users may request an export of their account information or initiate account deactivation by emailing support@skillforge.io.
