By creating an account, browsing courses, purchasing digital products, or hosting content on SkillForge (skillforge.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Creator Rights and Intellectual Property
Creators retain full ownership of their copyrighted courses, digital products, templates, and multimedia materials uploaded to SkillForge. By publishing on the platform, creators grant SkillForge a limited, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and deliver content to authenticated enrolled learners.
3. Learner Access & Purchases
Course enrollments and digital product purchases grant authorized, non-transferable access for the designated learner account. Video recording, scraping, unauthorized redistribution, or account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Processing and Refunds
All transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways. Digital downloads and consumed course content are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the creator's individual course policy.
